Welcome to the twenty-third newsletter from the Bishop's Stortford Neighbourhood Plan team.

***Consultation Copy of the Neighbourhood Plan is now out for consultation***

The consultation copy of the Neighbourhood Plan for All Saints, Central, South and part of Thorley has just been published and is now available to download from our website at www.stortfordplan.org.  If you require a printed version, these can be purchased from the Tourist Information Centre, Town Council, East Herts Office in the Causeway or Bishop's Stortford Library at a cost of £5.00 each.

*** Leaflets and Plan Summaries are being delivered in the Neighbourhood Area***

Over the next couple of weeks, we will be distributing copies of the plan summary and an information leaflet to households in All Saints, Central, and South wards and Thorley Parish. The summary gives a useful overview of the plan and the leaflet explains its purpose and scope.

*** We invite your comments now!***

You can comment on the plan via the website at www.stortfordplan.org/comments or by emailing comments@stortfordplan.org. Alternatively, please write to us at BSTC, The Old Monastery, Windhill, Bishop's Stortford, Herts CM23 2ND. It would be helpful if you could refer to the page number, reference or policy number wherever possible and please note that all comments must be received in writing by 19th April 2016.

***Find out more at our Open Days on 17th, 19th and 20th March 2016***

If you would like to find out more, we will be holding three Consultation Days on the Neighbourhood Plan in Jackson Square between 10am and 4pm on Thursday 17th, Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th March.  In addition to having printed copies of the draft plan there, members of our Neighbourhood Plan team will be available to talk to you about the development of the plan and to answer any questions. We hope that you will be able to find time to join us  – it's your chance to have a say in the final document. Remember that the Neighbourhood Plan gives local people a chance to influence future development in the town and help ensure we have the supporting infrastructure.

***Facebook and Twitter***

You can also keep in touch with the plan and comment via our pages on Facebook and Twitter so please follow us now.

We look forward to hearing from you.
