Join other carers 3rd Tuesday of every month starting from 15th January 2019 at The Apton Centre. Drop in anytime between 10.30am - 12.30pm Sessions are free to attend and refreshments are provided.

As part of the Herts Mind Network, Peer Support Service is open to adults with mental ill health and their carers to support their first steps to recovery. The team have a lived experience of mental health to support you with: recovery, emotional and mental well being, benefit and debit guidance, work, confidence and housing. The support is mainly one to one and is over a maximum of 12 sessions. It therefore can be solution focused to your individual problem.
