Welcome to the eleventh newsletter for the Bishop's Stortford Neighbourhood Plan for Silverleys and Meads Wards.
***Neighbourhood Plan Consultation Days***
Thank you for attending our open days held at Jackson Square on 8th and 20th February. These were a great success with over 260 people registering across the two days and over 250 comments received to date. We are now nearing the end of our formal consultation period and we would like to thank everyone for their input. Most of your feedback has been very constructive and changes are being made to the Plan as a result.
At the end of consultation, we intend to publish everyone's comments (which will be kept anonymous) to show how we have dealt with these. The next stage will be for the Neighbourhood Plan team to amend the plan over the next few weeks after which it will be approved by Bishop's Stortford Town Counci. It will then be submitted to East Herts Council who will arrange for it to be assessed by an independent examiner.
