***Neighbourhood Plan for Silverleys and Meads now open for representations***
Following the submission of the Examination Copy of the Neighbourhood Plan for Silverleys and Meads to East Herts Council, the plan is now open for representations under Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. Representations made will be passed by East Herts DC to the independent examiner. The scope of the examination is prescribed by law in schedule 10 of the Localism Act 2011.
The formal notice under the regulations which includes details of where representations may be sent to and other information appears at www.eastherts.gov.uk/bishopsstortfordnp.
